Certificate of Advanced Studies

The Certificate of Advanced Studies Course “CAS Medical Law: Law of Human Research, Pharmaceuticals and Genomics” provides compactly structured teaching on the legal bases and regulatory aspects of medical law. The main focal areas are the law of human research and stem cell research, the law of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, as well as genomics in human healthcare, with an emphasis on personalized healthcare, data protection and the use of new technologies, such as biotechnology and information technologies in medicine.

Targetgroup

The certification course is aimed at lawyers who have completed their law studies, and who wish to specialize in life sciences law or who want to broaden their knowledge in this field.

In exceptional cases and with appropriate evidence of previous legal knowledge, graduates in other disciplines, such as medicine, pharmacy, biology, biochemistry or bioinformatics, can also be accepted. In this case, we would be pleased to arrange a consultation meeting with you.
