Campus life
Cooperation with the Liechtenstein National Library
Due to its small size, the UFL does not have its own library. Thanks to the cooperation with the Liechtenstein National Library, students have access not only to online services but also to the library's entire range of physical media. The National Library provides the necessary specialised literature from its own collection or via interlibrary loan.
Remote access with Swissconsortium
Swissconsortium operates an online platform for the UFL for access to various specialised databases with a direct connection to the Liechtenstein National Library's interlibrary loan system (Linkresolver). All content licensed for the UFL is also linked.
Citavi – literature management and knowledge organisation
Citavi licences are available free of charge to students at the UFL. With Citavi, they have a reliable tool for researching information sources, thoroughly processing the literature they find, structuring the knowledge they have acquired and finally incorporating it easily into their work and publications. Many aids also make it easier to get started with academic work.
UFL dissertations
The dissertations completed at the UFL are available to students at the UFL in a small library.
All information, documents and literature references relating to the study programmes are published on the extranet and learning platform.
- Extranet (for study programmes until 2021)
- OpenOlat learning platform (for study programmes from 2022)
The student representatives are the point of contact for all student concerns and are always ready to listen to ideas, concerns and questions about studying and campus life at the UFL. They can not only represent the interests of students, but also contribute to improving internal processes in the department. They get an insight behind the scenes, take part in senate and faculty meetings and are involved in accreditation processes.
