III Description and scope of data processing
1. Provision of the website
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.
The following data is collected

We store this information in accordance with the legal requirements. The processing is carried out for reasons of data security in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our system. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR
We use the Matomo cookie to design our website in line with requirements This is a so-called web analysis service In order to record and analyze the use of our website, usage information is transmitted to our server at the IT Service Center of the Free State of Bavaria and stored for analysis purposes During this process, your IP address is only processed further in abbreviated form and is therefore anonymous. If you do not wish to be processed for analysis purposes, you can object to this at any time by a click of the mouse. In this case, a so-called opt-out cookie without usage data will be stored in your browser, which means that Matomo will not collect any session data.

We will only use your email address and the personal data collected at the same time for the administration and sending of the newsletter you have requested, with the periodicity specified during registration.
Registration form
If you use the registration form, the information you provide there will be stored by us. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the performance of a contract. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The data you enter in the contact form will be kept with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. We do not require you to provide any personal data in order for you to download files from our website.
Plugins and tools Typeki
We use Adobe Typekit to display fonts on our website. Adobe Typekit is a service that provides access to a font library and is provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (Adobe).
When you access a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser’s cache in order to display text and fonts correctly. The Typekit service does not set or use cookies to deliver the fonts.
